Can my parcel be delivered to an office address?
Yes! Your parcel can be delivered to any address convenient for you. Just enter your preferred address as your “shipping address” before checking out.

Delivery Timelines

We deliver our product inside Dhaka within 24 hours. Outside of Dhaka : We need 1-2 days for courier pickup and 2-3 days for home delivery.

Can I accept the package after checking the content inside it?

You cannot open the packages before taking the delivery. You will have to pay for the package and take the delivery. If there are any issues with the product, you will need to return by call us (+88001779513558) 10:00am to 10:00pm (except holidays).

What are delivery charges?

Shipping charges are the costs undertaken by Demandonlineshopping.com and our logistics partners to bring your ordered item to your doorstep. Shipping charges are calculated based on your location and the weight of the product(s) in you order.
